Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Developing construction budgets and monitoring cost and material based on client needs and available funds. - Manage and supervise supply of construction materials and services for ongoing building construction project. - Preparing plans, specification, and cost estimate for building construction project. - Supervise and monitor site construction activities and labor. - Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and plans. - Ensure work is carried out as per the approved designs and project timeline.

PhD or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Experience: 6 years for PhD and 15 years for Master's Degree Holders Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide overall leadership and management of the company’s operations. - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve company efficiency and productivity. - Oversee the assessment process to enhance performance and decision-making. - Ensure alignment of corporate objectives with operational activities. - Foster a strong corporate culture and lead organizational development. Required Skills: - Proven track record in corporate management and strategic leadership. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related fields with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure that all contract specifications and guidelines are adhered to at all times during the commencement of the project. - Ensure that material submittals are issued with the relevant consultants' requirements. - Ensure that all Method Statements & Risk Assessments are in line with company HSE/QA-QC procedures. - Manage a procurement/long lead item schedule in tandem with your line managers/Section Manager / and the status of the pending material/s deliveries and follow up delivery dates whilst recording any issue - Control the dissemination of contractual documents (drawings/contracts/specifications) – usable drawing to relevant site team members to be able to carry out works as per the specifications and contract requirement program.
