We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team for an upcoming curated exhibition. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs that align with the exhibition's theme and objectives. You will work closely with the curatorial team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop a cohesive visual identity for the exhibition, including promotional materials, signage, and digital assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Visual Identity Development:

• Collaborate with the curatorial team to understand the exhibition's theme, goals, and target audience.

• Develop a unique and cohesive visual identity for the exhibition, including color schemes, typography, and graphic elements.

Promotional Materials:

• Design and produce a range of promotional materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.

• Ensure all materials are consistent with the exhibition's visual identity and messaging.

Exhibition Signage:

• Create clear and visually appealing signage for the exhibition, including directional signs, informational panels, and labels for artworks.

• Ensure all signage is accessible and easy to read for all visitors.

Digital Assets:

• Design digital assets for the exhibition's website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

• Create engaging multimedia content, such as animations or interactive elements, to enhance the online presence of the exhibition.

Print and Production:

• Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of all printed materials.

• Oversee the production process to ensure that all materials meet the exhibition's standards and deadlines.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the curatorial team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure that all design elements align with the exhibition's overall vision.

• Present design concepts and receive feedback, making revisions as necessary.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure that all design elements are consistent with the exhibition's brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Maintain a high standard of design quality across all materials and platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Expereince: 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Experience with both print and digital design, including knowledge of print production processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on exhibitions, cultural events, or similar projects.

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for digital platforms
