Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and balance all hotel financial transactions, including room charges, food and beverage revenue, and other guest services.

• Prepare and complete daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Reconcile guest accounts and accurately post room charges and payments.

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries during overnight shifts.

• Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.

• Monitor and address any discrepancies or irregularities found during audits.

• Prepare end-of-day summaries for management review.

• Process credit card transactions and ensure secure handling of financial data.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests efficiently.

• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment during nighttime operations.

• Assist with front desk operations as needed.

• Prepare for the next day’s operations by organizing guest arrivals and other pertinent information.

Working Conditions:

• Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or BA in Hotel management, accounting and finance.

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel management software.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and property management systems IDS,CENT. 

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
