Job Description
HDAMA is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to lead performance tracking and impact assessment for its Tobacco Control (TC) Project. The ideal candidate will develop and implement an M&E framework, ensure data-driven project evaluation, and provide technical support for evidence-based advocacy.
Develop & Implement M&E Framework: Design and execute a structured monitoring system with clear indicators and evaluation tools.
Project Progress Tracking: Assess implementation, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure data quality, and prepare insightful reports.
Integrate Findings into Project Planning: Use evaluation results to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Technical Support: Develop data collection tools, enhance staff capacity in M&E methodologies, and guide advocacy efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government agencies, media, and partners to ensure coordinated M&E efforts and policy alignment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BSc or Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, impact assessment, and data-driven reporting.
Proficiency in M&E tools, data analysis software, and reporting mechanisms.
Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
