Job Overview
Jasbel Group is seeking a Project Procurement and Logistics Manager to oversee procurement and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with client and regulatory standards. This role is critical in optimizing workflows, managing risks, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance across our solar energy, real estate, and construction projects.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10–12 years in procurement/logistics, including 3+ years in project management.
Experience in construction/renewable energy sectors preferred.

1. Procurement & Logistics
Develop and execute procurement strategies to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor demand forecasts, manage inventory, and ensure the timely delivery of resources.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and client standards.
2. Project Execution & Risk Management
Plan, implement, and oversee projects to enhance operational performance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement quality assurance protocols and process improvements.
3. Communication & Strategic Alignment
Collaborate with company leadership to establish priorities and align objectives.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Provide regular reports on project status, procurement activities, inventory, and logistics performance.
4. Continuous Improvement & Compliance
Enhance organizational capacity by refining processes and implementing best practices.
Ensure all operational activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and budget constraints.
Lead documentation efforts, training, and the implementation of new procedures. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Project Manager
