Position Overview:
The Project HR and Administration Manager will oversee all personnel-related matters within the project, ensuring alignment between employees and organizational objectives. This role involves policy development, implementation of best practices, and fostering an efficient HR and administrative environment to support business goals.
Human Resources Management
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop staffing, recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies.
• Lead the recruitment process, ensuring best practices for hiring and retaining top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and regulatory changes, advising leadership on necessary policy updates
Ensure full compliance with statutory and labor laws, handling legal and regulatory HR matters.
• Design and implement organizational development interventions to enhance efficiency and leadership growth.
• Provide HR reports and insights into management for informed decision-making.
Administrative Management
• Oversee administrative operations, including asset management and office equipment control.
• Manage and optimize the HR & Admin departmental budget.
• Facilitate professional development, training, and certification programs for HR staff.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to HR and administration.
Additional Responsibilities
• Support management with HR-related decision-making.
• Handle all other HR and administrative duties as required.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry regulations.
• Experience with SMEs is an added advantage.
