Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master with at least 1 year of experience to support Agile teams and ensure efficient project execution. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Scrum principles and project management, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog with the Product Owner.
Support the team in identifying and resolving impediments.
Encourage Agile best practices and team collaboration.
Track team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools.
Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Foster a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1+ year as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Certifications (Preferred): CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
Other: Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles
