Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and smooth experience for all visitors to the clinic. Fluency in English is a must for this role, and candidates with additional language skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Answer phone calls and emails, responding to patient inquiries about services, procedures, and policies.
Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in patient records.
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
Support the clinic’s administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments.
Coordinate with the medical team to ensure timely patient care and follow-ups.
Promote and provide information on additional services or products offered by the clinic.
Address and resolve patient concerns in a calm and professional manner.
0-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare or eye clinic environment).
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).
Experience with medical terminology or working in an eye care clinic is a plus.
