Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our client's team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. Ideal candidates should have 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or eye clinic setting. You will be responsible for managing patient appointments, answering queries, and supporting the clinic’s daily operations. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently using the clinic's appointment system.
Verify patient information and ensure that all necessary forms and documents are completed.
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy policies.
Assist with managing the clinic's email and phone correspondence.
Process payments for services rendered and issue receipts.
Support the clinic team by preparing patient charts and ensuring necessary documentation is available for appointments.
Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
Assist in maintaining the clinic's schedule and working closely with doctors and other clinic staff to manage patient flow.
Qualifications and Skills:
0-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within an eye clinic or healthcare setting.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office, scheduling systems) and ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge or experience in the eye care field is a plus.
