We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and improving software reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Testing: Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or C# for test automation.
Bug Tracking & Test Management: Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Identify, report, and track bugs using defect management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
Assist in performance and security testing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in software testing.
Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, test case design, and defect tracking.
Tools: Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
Programming Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation.
Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
