Jasbel Group is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our projects. This role is responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and optimize financial performance across projects.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Financial Planning & Reporting 

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the General Manager. 

• Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance reports. 

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and financial statements. 

• Conduct financial impact analysis for new projects, identifying risks and opportunities. 

2. Accounting & Compliance 

• Maintain and oversee financial records, ledgers, and the chart of accounts. 

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets. 

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, liaising with tax consultants for timely tax filings and strategic tax planning. 

3. Strategic Financial Management 

• Lead financial negotiations with banks and financial institutions for project-related facilities. 

• Develop and enforce finance and accounting policies and procedures across the organization. 

• Assist in hiring, training, and managing the finance team for the project. 

4. General Financial Oversight 

• Plan, direct, and oversee the monthly financial and accounting work plan. 

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions. 

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports as required by management.

Reporting Structure 

The Project Finance Manager reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

Education & Experience:

 • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

• Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a management role. 

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software. 

Core Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong leadership and financial management skills. 

• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 

• Expertise in tax compliance, risk assessment, and financial planning. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 

• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
