Job Description
Some Duties & Responsibilities
Collect and compiles information and records to prepare purchase orders(PO) for procurement of materials
Verifies nomenclature and specification of purchase request.
Consults catalogs and interviews suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.
Types or writes invitation-of-bid forms and mails forms to supplier firms
Compares price, specification, and delivery dates and award contract to bidders or place orders with suppliers or mail order firms.
Verifies bills from suppliers with bids & purchase orders and approve bills for payment.
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Diploma/BA in Purchasing & Supply chain Management
6 /4 years related work experience.
3rd grade or equivalent driving License
Knowledge and skills Requirements
Knowledge of purchasing principle & preparing purchase orders
Skill in preparing and analyzing specification
Place of Work: MCM CSH (Korean Hospital) Gerji; Addis Ababa
