Drongo Technology is looking for a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven business solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of DrongoERP, helping businesses streamline their operations and enhance efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote DrongoERP to businesses across various industries.

  • Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their business needs.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our ERP solutions.

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that fit customer requirements.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals.

  • Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.

  • Stay updated on ERP trends, competitors, and industry best practices to position DrongoERP effectively in the market.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0 - 3 years of Proven experience in ERP sales, B2B sales, or enterprise software solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems improve efficiency.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

  • A network of business contacts in relevant industries is an advantage.
