Job Description
Drongo Technology is looking for a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven business solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of DrongoERP, helping businesses streamline their operations and enhance efficiency.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote DrongoERP to businesses across various industries.
Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their business needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our ERP solutions.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that fit customer requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals.
Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
Stay updated on ERP trends, competitors, and industry best practices to position DrongoERP effectively in the market.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 0 - 3 years of Proven experience in ERP sales, B2B sales, or enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems improve efficiency.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
A network of business contacts in relevant industries is an advantage.
