Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Management Information Systems, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead project baseline studies, annual reviews, midterm assessments and post distribution assessments. - Participate in project design processes and develop corresponding result frameworks and M&E plans - Support the subsequent development of M&E tools and systems for all projects in the unit - Ensure that detailed M&E plans are prepared for each project 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Social Psychology, and Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years of experience in M&E positions and project management in NGO Duties and Responsibilities  - Regularly review and update the M&E policy and guidelines of the organization. - Update project logical framework based on baseline studies if any. - Ensure that project indicators are gender sensitive 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, prioritize and manage work streams from start to finish, including data collection, analysis and content development, stakeholder input and validation, and ensure required timelines and quality standards are met. - Identify and structure problems, develop key hypothesis and innovative solutions, and apply suitable analytical frameworks and approaches to test these hypothesis and solutions. - Identify and acquire relevant quantitative and qualitative data using a range of applied and pragmatic techniques, quality control data to ensure validity and accuracy.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities; - Ensure adherence to NRC policies, tools, operational handbooks, and guidelines. - Implement delegated Core Competence project portfolio according to the plan of action. - Work closely with core competencies, maily with WASH, and SIP/Protection teams to collect, collate, present, and otherwise manage information for MEAL-related reports.
