Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a warehouse or distribution center. They supervise warehouse staff, manage inventory, and ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped out efficiently and accurately.
Duties & Responsibilities
Organizes and leads the warehouse.
Oversees warehouse operation.
Managing the warehouse team.
Organizing and monitoring inventory.
Keep the warehouse organized.
Managing the warehouse team.
Receiving raw materials and /or goods.
Ensuring products are accessible and available.
10.Ensure safety and train staff properly.
Job Requirements
Age: Under 32 years old
2.Gender – Male
BA degree in sales, supply chain management, logistics, business adminstration or related fields.
2 years and above on hand experience working as a warehouse supervisor.
5.Work Location – Furi 08 kebele.
6.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.( English mandatory)
7.Residency/ living location must be around furi kebele 08 or kenteri( Mandatory)
8. Excellent supervision skills, people oriented and ability to manage staff.
9.Stong organizational skills and multitasking skill.
10.Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
