Job Requirements
We’re Looking For
A portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complexity (bonus points for HR tech, SaaS, or data-driven products).
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite—you make pixels dance, but always with purpose.
3-4+ years of experience designing digital products that shipped and scaled.
A systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and turns user pain points into elegant solutions.
Passion for Africa’s growth story and a curiosity about the future of work.
