Duties & Responsibilites: - Facilitate cascading, capacity-building, and training activities for CHF and HEWs. - Support CHFs to conduct training /monthly meetings with community volunteers/HDALs, and follow-up with any refresher training to ensure that knowledge is retained and skills are still demonstrated to the required proficiency - Prepare monthly work and supportive supervision plans and submit them to the Woreda Project coordinator.    - Actively participate and represent SPIR at Kebele forums, such as the Kebele FSTF review meetings, to share Health and Nutrition related learning and challenges in collaboration with Woreda HN Officer.

Master's Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Lead projects focusing on PHC, including operationalizing the HEP road map for optimal implementation of Amref’s strategy; Ensure proper integration with other RMNCH and WASH program activities for better improved outcome and synergy; - Provide regular support and supervision to staff under direct line management. This includes (but is not limited to) the formulation of individual work plans (with agreed indicators of achievement) based on project work plans and/or job descriptions. It also includes regularly scheduled supervision and performance management meetings to assess progress against agree outputs;

MD with a postgraduate degree in a relevant clinical specialty, Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent is preferred, out of which 5 years in a senior leadership role in a multi-speciality hospital Duties & Responsibilites: - Develop and implement clinical strategies that align with the hospital's mission, vision, and long-term goals. - Oversee and enforce clinical governance frameworks to maintain quality, safety, and compliance. - Promote a culture of patient-centred care by enhancing patient satisfaction and engagement. - Oversee the recruitment, credentialing, and performance evaluation of medical staff in collaboration with the HR department.

MSc or BSc Degree in Public Health, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

MD-General Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree in Health Officer, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Examines in and out patients /clients in line with standard medical procedures using various types of diagnostic mechanisms. - Administers and prescribes drugs based on analysis of examination, test reports and findings and counselling services. - Provide SRH services (Safe abortion care, comprehensive family planning, ANC and PNC consultation, general health) to visiting clients per after required training and competency assessment.  - Assess and treat Newborn and Childhood illnesses, manages newborns or children with medical concerns, and performs related procedures.

Completion of 10th Grade with relevant work experience
