Job Summery

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operations of Mekdi Production, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategic goals.

  • Manage and oversee all production processes, from concept development to post-production.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.

  • Supervise departmental heads to ensure efficient workflow and effective collaboration.

  • Plan and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, clients, and partners.

  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio and reach.

  • Ensure adherence to timelines and maintain high-quality standards across all projects.

  • Report regularly to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Requirements Education

  •  Master’s Degree (MSc) in Management or related fields with 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the production or media industry.

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Management or related fields with 15+ years of experience in a similar role within the production or media industry.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing a production company or a similar creative enterprise.

  • Strong understanding of production workflows, including pre-production, filming, and

  • post-production.

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong financial literacy with the ability to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • A visionary mindset with a strong focus on results and innovation.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and the media industry.

  • Experience working with sponsors and advertisers to secure partnerships.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
