Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily maintenance and operation of the bank’s ATM s to ensure optimal

• Perform routine checks and minor repairs on ATMs to prevent

• Provide basic technical support for ATM related issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

• Ensure that ATM software and hardware are updated and Functioning

• Participate  in the implementation of preventive maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of

• follow established security protocols and report any suspicious

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfac

• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards related to ATM

• Follow internal policies and procedures for ATM

• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and

• Assist in other tasks related to ATM operations and maintenance

Job Requirements

1.  ATM Maintenance Officer1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields with 3 years of experience  in ATM Maintenance

2. Junior ATM Maintenance Officer:- 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields
