Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily maintenance and operation of the bank’s ATM s to ensure optimal
Perform routine checks and minor repairs on ATMs to prevent
Provide basic technical support for ATM related issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
Ensure that ATM software and hardware are updated and Functioning
Participate in the implementation of preventive maintenance
Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of
follow established security protocols and report any suspicious
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfac
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards related to ATM
Follow internal policies and procedures for ATM
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and
Assist in other tasks related to ATM operations and maintenance
Job Requirements
ATM Maintenance Officer1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields with 3 years of experience in ATM Maintenance
Junior ATM Maintenance Officer:- 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields
