Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the bank’s ATM to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of ATMs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ATM related issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems promptly.
Ensure that all ATM software and hardware are up to-date and functioning efficiently.
Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
Track and analyze ATM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, maintenance activities, and key issues to senior management.
Provide training and support to the ATM maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Ensure that team members are aware of the la test technologies and best Practices in ATM maintenance.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with ATM maintenance and operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the bank’s ATM network remains competitive and efficient.
Job Requirements
1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields with 9 years of experience and 6 Years Demonstrable Years’ Experience in ATM Maintenance.
