Job Description

SINEGA has been established in 2020, and is a dynamic company specializing in the manufacturing, importing, and exporting of raw materials such as yarn for the industrial and manufacturing sectors. In addition to these core activities, SINEGA is actively engaged in the export and trade of processed agricultural products, as well as musical, recreational, craft, and souvenir goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees and maintain and update job descriptions and specifications for all positions.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and promote effective communication between management and employees, address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances promptly and fairly and organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and programs.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation and conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skill and performance, coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshop for employees and monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals and develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices and manage employee benefits enrollment & address benefits-related inquiries.

  • General Services Management: Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional work environment, manage the security team and ensure the security of company premises, supervise janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities and coordinate with external service providers for facility-related services and maintenance.

  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures, conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure a safe working environment and provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management and general services roles.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production and import/export environment is a plus.

Skill and Competencies:

  • HR-Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management & training. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR documentation and records. 

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve HR and facility-related issues effectively and strong analytical skills to assess HR processes and implement improvements. 

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage the HR and general services team, providing guidance and support and capabilit to drive process improvements and implement best practices in HR and general services management.
