Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, vehicle sales, or related industries and will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, improving service quality, and driving customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service across all touchpoints.
Team Management: Lead and train a customer service team to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
Process Improvement: Establish and refine service processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers, resolving issues, and ensuring positive relationships.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless customer interactions.
Complaint Resolution: Handle complex customer complaints and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key customer service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
6+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, vehicle sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing a customer service and improving service delivery.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, sales processes, and service excellence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer service tools.
