Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager (Management Information Systems - MIS) is responsible for financial data analysis, reporting, and the development of financial management systems to support decision-making. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, data integrity, and automation of financial processes while working closely with the finance and IT departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verification of all accounts, entries

  • Scrutiny of all companies- all accounts, 

  • Timely book closures

  • Timely Audit closure - as per notice from the Tax Office

  • Statutory Payments and Compliance - VAT, WHT, PAYE Pension, Labour Compliances etc) all Companies

  • Prepare and submit - consolidated Compliance Report for all the activities are performed on time and there are no delayed in the Statutory Compliances each month for all individual companies in the Cluster

  • Advise the finance team members for adhearing to proper statutory compliance while making payments to vendors and other expenses

  • Timely Audit closure - as per notice from the Tax Office

  • Statutory Payments and Compliance - VAT, WHT, PAYE Pension, Labour Compliances etc) all Companies

  • Performs other related tasks as deemed necessary

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with 5 to 7 Years of Industry Experience in Financial Accounting and MIS Reporting.
