Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plans, Directs, Coordinates, Supervises and controls the activities of the workshop

• Establishes standards of performance for each position supervised; reviews the workshop activities; conducts performance evaluations

• Seek out opportunities to drive incremental sales while managing existing business

• Daily interaction with existing clients

• Coordinates dealer training on various products

• Make decisions and solve problems in cooperation with top management and concerned departments

• Coordinates with sales team and workshop staff to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry and revisions

• Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers

• Trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all staff, 

• Ensures that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Job Requirements

• BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or a related field, Master degree is a plus  

• 8 - 12 years proven experience in Workshop Management

• Experience in Automotive industry-specific products sales and business development is preferable  

• Strong business and strategic thinking skills.

• Good leadership skill

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

• Customer-focused approach and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research.

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a competitive business environment.

• Proficiency in Computer applications
