With ambitious plans for growth and a commitment to implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the organization, we are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our executive team as our Chief Strategy Officer.
Job Summary:

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth and competitive edge. The CSO will lead the implementation of the OKR framework across all departments, ensuring that our strategic goals are clearly defined, communicated, and met. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in strategy development, change management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement company-wide strategic plans that align with the organization’s long-term vision.

    • Lead the adoption and integration of the OKR framework across all departments.

    • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to set clear, actionable objectives and key results.

    • Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.

    • Establish metrics and performance indicators to track progress and measure success.

  • Change Management & Communication:

    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    • Communicate strategic goals and progress to internal stakeholders and the broader organization.

    • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leadership on strategic planning and execution.

  • Market & Growth Strategy:

    • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.

    • Lead strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions that support the company’s growth objectives.

    • Oversee competitive analysis and risk management strategies.

  • Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    • At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles, with a proven track record of driving growth.

    • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing OKR or similar performance management frameworks.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Preferred:

    • Experience working in the technology sector.

    • Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.

    • Previous experience in an executive leadership role.
