Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client to join their team as a Client Relations Manager, where you’ll drive client success and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional service. We seek a strategic thinker with a passion for relationship-building and a knack for turning client challenges into growth opportunities.
Required
Over 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (account management, customer success, or service leadership).
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a talent for conflict resolution.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Certifications in customer service (e.g., CCMP) or leadership (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms.
