BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal legal matters.  - Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various legal documents and contracts to ensure the organization's interests are protected and risks are minimized. - Identify, analyze, and report on potential legal risks and liabilities facing the organization, developing strategies to mitigate them. - Participate in the development, review, and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure they are legally compliant and reflect best practices.
