Duties and Responsibilities:

• Systematically collect software requirements from diverse sources and utilize advanced software tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend software needs and ensure accuracy and completeness of requirements.

• Develop clear and comprehensive software requirement specification (SRS) documents aligned with software functionalities.

• Based on requirements, develop solution concepts and system architectures

• Monitor software implementation is as per the system architecture and SRS

• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of software products to ensure a finished product.

• Create and run manual and automated tests; Perform code reviews

• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality assurance activities.

• Work closely with developers to find solutions to identified defects.

• Interpret and review quality assurance standards.

• Ensure that the testing is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures

• Assure ongoing compliance with quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Have basic experience in software development platforms

  • Have experience in solution architecture design and SRS development

  • Have experience in using automated testing tools

  • Have experience working with development teams in a lean, agile environment is preferred

  • Analytical thinker with very good problem-solving skills

  • Very good time-management skills and interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

•  3 years’ experience in IT related roles.
