Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply chain operations.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize waste.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and distribution of goods.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and service levels.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Manage and lead a team of supply chain professionals.
Job Requirements
About You:
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum five years relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.
Basic computer skills.
