TVET Level 4 or Diploma in Electricity, Plumbing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment. - Conduct basic repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. - Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent system failures. - Lubricate, clean, and replace worn parts on machinery and tools - Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the premises (e.g., fixing doors, patching walls, -replacing light bulbs). - Assist in setup and arrangement of furniture, equipment, or office layouts. - Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE). - Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and stored safely.

TVET in Sanitary or in a related field of study, or completion of 10th/12th Grade with relevant work experience

Degree or TVET Level IV in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems - Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems of the factory and residential sites - Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties

TVET Level IV or Diploma in Electronics/Electricity or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for handling the general repair and maintenance of building, office equipment, electrical wires, telephone lines, by going through the drawings, specifications and assembly instruction as required.
