We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategy Manager to lead the company’s strategic planning and business growth initiatives across the FMCG, import/export, and related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and business operations, with a track record of driving strategic improvements.
Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operations across FMCG, import/export, and related business units.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business operations and profitability.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within different business units.
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive decision-making.
Work closely with different departments, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to align strategies with company goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
At least 3 years of overall experience in strategic planning, business development, or operations management within FMCG, import/export, or related industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
