We are seeking a Personnel Management Assistant to join our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a professional work setting and will assist in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including leave and attendance management.

  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.

  • Provide administrative support for HR-related activities and initiatives.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Prepare HR reports and assist with employee performance reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in an HR or personnel management role.

  • Familiarity with HR software and office applications.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

  • A good understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
