TVET Level IV in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Supplier and Quotation Management Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to approved suppliers, receive and review quotations, and compile evaluation reports . Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and conducting business assessments . Respond to supplier questions regarding contracts, specifications, and deadlines . - Purchase Order Processing Generate and ensure the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders based on approved evaluations . - Inventory and Delivery Coordination Collaborate with inventory personnel to arrange delivery schedules and monitor delivery times
