Job Description

Dire Steel PLC, a leading company in the manufacturing and steel production sector, is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the human resources department to support company goals and employee satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management and contribute to organizational development.

Location: Dire Dawa

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA/MA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  •  Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
