Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - The Protection Information Management Manager (PIMM) ensures the safe collection, consolidation, management/storage and sharing of protection related data and information. - Handle the Gender-Based Violence Information Management System (GBVIMS) and Child Protection Information Management System (CPIMS) databases, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and training staff on tool usage (e.g., GBV Classification Tool, Consent Forms, Incident Recorder, Case Management Tracking Tools). - Consolidate periodic reports (e.g., sit-reps, quarterly reports, rapid assessments) and synthesize findings into easy-to-read formats such as dashboards, fact sheets, and infographics for wide dissemination.

Bachelor's Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Line management for ICLA project staff.  - Manage HLP/ICLA projects, taking responsibility for overall progress and achievement of key objectives within the following parameters: time, cost, scope, benefits and risk - Develop, manage and monitor project budget in cooperation with the Head of Program, ICLA Specialist and ICLA Coordinator, including budget expenditures, forecast vis-à-vis project implementation and coordinate across CCs - Led the coordination and external engagement within the sub-national Protection Cluster, co-lead of the sub-national HLP WG in Northern Ethiopia, critical donors and other key humanitarian actors, such as contributing to Ethiopia's HLP AoR strategy. 

BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop a work plan for the implementation of activities focusing on Legal service provision within the framework of the project;  - Carry out activities focusing on legal support according to work plan and allocated budget in accordance with international and national laws and regulations;    - Conduct rapid assessment to identify the legal service need and concern of the target population and frame response according to the identified need;
