Job Description

 Duties and Responsibilities 

  • The Operations manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and provides support to the General Manager.  Directs and coordinates hotel activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize full potential with a balanced focus on hotel's mission, guests, employees, and owners’ satisfaction.

  • Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goals, and provide coaching, advice, and assistance as required. 

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in hotel management or a related field. Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision, and problem resolution is an added advantage. 

  • Excellent computer system skills and Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proven experience on OPERA /PMS systems & Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

  • Experience budgeting and forecasting

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years work experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel as operation Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager
