Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the kitchen. 

  • Design menus, manage inventory, and ensures high-quality food preparation.

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain a productive work environment.

  • Maintains kitchen efficiency and upholds food safety standards.

  • Manage and train the kitchen staff. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5 years and above experience in relevant positions.

  • Level IV and above in food preparation.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
