Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
Oversees the upkeep, repair, and efficient operation of a hotel’s physical infrastructure, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s facilities (guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house) to identify maintenance needs.
Ensure preventive maintenance are conducted.
Supervise and train staffs by scheduling, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Provide guidance on proper maintenance procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
L IV completed in electrical or mechanical or related fields.
Three years and above experience in hotel.
