DROGA PHARMA PLC is an importer, distributor, and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the territory of Ethiopia.
Our Company was established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently, we have a total of 400+ employees with different professional backgrounds and work Experience. And now, Droga Pharma PLC, as a business unit, is establishing a chain of pharmacies all over the Nation.
Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols and procedures across all locations.
Ensure that all clinical practices meet the highest standards of quality and safety, providing excellent patient outcomes and experiences.
Ensure all sites adhere to the same quality and safety standards.
Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of the organization while maintaining the integrity of clinical services across all locations
Foster a collaborative and empowering environment for clinical staff, promoting professional growth, teamwork, and engagement.
Streamline clinical operations to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation across all facilities.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical operations at each location.
Identify and address operational inefficiencies and variances in care delivery.
Implement quality assurance programs to monitor the effectiveness of clinical services.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations across all locations.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, minimizing risks and safeguarding patient safety.
Prepare for and manage accreditation processes and audits.
Utilize clinical data and metrics to inform decisions, drive quality improvement initiatives, and enhance overall performance
Ensure seamless patient care coordination across multiple sites.
Address complex patient cases that may require interdisciplinary collaboration.
Analyze clinical data from all locations to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Prepare reports for senior management on clinical outcomes and operational performance.
Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administration, and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with patients and families to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and treatment methods across the chain.
Promote evidence-based practices and encourage clinical research initiatives.
Collaborate with HR to recruit skilled clinical staff and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover.
Develop and implement crisis management plans to address potential clinical emergencies or unexpected events.
Promote clinical research initiatives and partnerships with academic institutions to advance healthcare knowledge.
Provide mentorship to emerging leaders within the clinical team to build future leadership capacity.
Oversee the clinical budget for each location, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving measures without compromising care quality.
MD with Master of MPH.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical service leadership within major hospitals, whether private or public.
NGO Experience is preferable
