Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Achieving property sales goals within set deadlines - Promote and sell the services of our company in an ethical manner; - Prepare and present reports of the sales process according to the format that the company prepares; - Actively participate in team tasks given by the immediate boss and achieve goals; - Develop new sales strategies and plan and conduct daily, weekly and monthly site visits - Draw up long-term and short-term sales plans for projects that need urgent and attention, examine and evaluate the sales and report the results; - Act according to the action plan and achieve the action plan; - Create and develop positive and long-term customer relationships; - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to the best of your ability and report to immediate superior if beyond capacity;

TVET Level 4 in Marketing Management, Salesmanship or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Salespersons are expected to consistently achieve or surpass their assigned sales goals.  - Salespersons are responsible for tracking sales activities, updating customer information, and submitting regular reports. 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.

BA Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Conducting research on product base, market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. - Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market research findings to inform marketing strategies and product development. - Monitoring competitor activities, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management or Finance or Accounting, Marketing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, of which 2 years of experience as Manager.
