Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trips for NEMT passengers

• Communicate with drivers and passengers via phone, text, or app

• Use dispatch software to manage rides and update trip statuses

• Confirm trip appointments and coordinate changes or cancellations

• Report and resolve any trip issues promptly

• Maintain accurate records of trip logs and communications

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Basic computer skills and ability to use dispatch software; must know Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Lives in or near Gotera, Addis Ababa

• Willing to work USA Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours

• Willing to work 12 hours

• Experience: 0–1 year

• Education: Any degree
