Job Description
We are seeking for Car Wash Supervisor capable of overseeing daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and delivering quality service to customers while managing inventory and adhering to safety protocols.
Supervision and Management:
Supervise and coordinate car wash operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Manage and train car wash attendants on proper car washing techniques, customer service, and safety procedures.
Plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, and address employee issues.
Maintain accountability for the operations of the car washes (deposits, inventory, cashier machine functionality & discount codes).
Quality Control and Customer Service:
Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
Address customer concerns and complaints.
Facility Maintenance and Operations:
Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility and equipment.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Check daily the car wash equipment for proper operation.
Administrative Tasks:
Admin Tasks: Handle all car wash logging to safeguard bulk billing to dealer.
Prepare work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments.
Other Responsibilities:
