Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and driving training and development initiatives. You will work closely with department heads to align HR programs with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:

    • Administer and oversee the performance appraisal process.

    • Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans.

    • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.

    • Facilitate performance-related training workshops for managers and employees.

  • Training and Development:

    • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

    • Design and implement effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

    • Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires receive adequate training and support.

  • Employee Engagement:

    • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

    • Organize team-building activities and professional development workshops.

  • Policy Development:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to performance and training.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employee development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and training development.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor law.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
