Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Formulate the Sales and Marketing plans, strategies and programs;
Evaluate and analyze department’s performance and communicate recommendation on potentials for improvement to the top management of the Company;
Establish and revise the policies, procedures and work instructions for the department;
Build, lead and manage a team of salespersons within the department;
Oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of the department and provide guidance to subordinates in their assigned duties;
Ensure that potential customers are effectively identified and strong relationship is built with the existing customers;
Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally;
Job Requirements
BSC in Mechanical Engineering and BA Degree in Management / Marketing Management / Business Administration or related field, MA Degree is a plus
At least 6 -8 years of experience related experience out of which at least 4 years in managerial position, Experience in Automotive industry, or Electro mechanical company is prefereable
Good Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skill
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Business Management and Marketing best practices
Creativity, innovation and business mindedness
Strategic thinking and Decision making skill
