Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and support before, during, and after diagnostic procedures
Prepare patients for imaging or procedures and offer necessary instructions
Support the reception area by registering patients, issuing receipts, and managing payments
Handle basic cash transactions, manage daily logs, and ensure accurate billing
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients
Follow infection control, privacy, and professional conduct standards
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid professional nursing license
Experience in diagnostic centers or reception/front desk roles
Strong communication and patient service skills
Confidence in using computers and recording patient data
Trustworthiness in handling cash and managing financial records
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Team player with attention to detail and professionalism
Proficiency in Amharic, English and Oromo, being multilingual is an advantage
