Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care and support before, during, and after diagnostic procedures

  • Prepare patients for imaging or procedures and offer necessary instructions

  • Support the reception area by registering patients, issuing receipts, and managing payments

  • Handle basic cash transactions, manage daily logs, and ensure accurate billing

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients

  • Follow infection control, privacy, and professional conduct standards

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution

  • Valid professional nursing license

  • Experience in diagnostic centers or reception/front desk roles

  • Strong communication and patient service skills

  • Confidence in using computers and recording patient data

  • Trustworthiness in handling cash and managing financial records

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Team player with attention to detail and professionalism

  • Proficiency in Amharic, English and Oromo, being multilingual is an advantage
