Job Description
Duties and Responsibilites:
Provide real-time translation (spoken and written) between Chinese and English for the General Manager.
Translate business documents, emails, and other correspondence.
Assist in handling import logistics tasks such as communication with Chinese suppliers, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agents.
Support with office administrative duties and other company affairs as needed.
Act as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments or external partners.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Experience or basic understanding of international trade and import logistics is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to handle various tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
