Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in maintaining and repairing hardware, software, and technical equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime

• Perform routine diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues with machinery, computers, or network systems

• Support end-users by providing technical assistance, resolving minor problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level staff when necessary

• Maintain and organize technical documentation, update records, and report findings or incidents to senior staff or management
