Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and blending machines

• Read and interpret mixing instructions and recipes

• Measure and load ingredients into mixer machines

• Monitor mixing processes to ensure even and thorough blending

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines

• Maintain accurate production records and logs

• Conduct quality control tests on mixed products

• Adjust machinery settings to optimize mix quality

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

• Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and production schedules

• Inspect raw materials for quality and consistency

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns

• Calibrate measuring devices and machinery settings as needed

Job Requirements

• TEVET graduate and 2 years' experience
