Job Description
CCCC is looking for a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to join our team in Gotera, Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to manage front desk operations
Experience with a Chinese company (preferred)
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist staff with administrative tasks and office support
Manage correspondence and incoming/outgoing mail
Schedule meetings and manage appointments
Operate basic office equipment and use Microsoft Office tools efficiently
Act as the first point of contact between visitors and internal teams
Female candidates only
1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Chinese company
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of professionalism and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
