Job Description
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions. The Senior Account Executive acts as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
Develop strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through networking and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and strategic plans to clients and senior leadership.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
Experience: 2 - 4 years of working experience
