Job Description

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions. The Senior Account Executive acts as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Develop strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through networking and referrals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and strategic plans to clients and senior leadership.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years of working experience
